Glenn holds degrees from the University of Southern Maine and the University of New Hampshire in computer science and physics/mathematics.  From 1988 until February of 2005, he was Director of Biometry/Epidemiology at the Foundation for Blood Research.  He is now the Associate Director of the Division of Medical Screening and Special Testing at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island and Senior Research Associate in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island.  Glenn has numerous publications in scientific journals, does extensive consulting, and sits on several national committees.  He also serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Medical Screening.
